Product Details

Our luxuriously soft beach towels are made from brushed microfiber with a 100% cotton back for extra absorption.   The top of the towel has the image printed on it, and the back is white cotton.   Our beach towels are available in two different sizes: beach towel (32" x 64") and beach sheet (37" x 74").

Don't let the fancy name confuse you... a beach sheet is just a large beach towel.

Artist's Description

When first I came to Kansas State
The day was bright and warm and mellow,
I gamboled o'er the grassy plain
Like any happy, jolly fellow.
The wind was blowing from the south–
A pleasant, gentle, summer breeze,
Flowers were blooming under foot,
And birds were singing in the trees.

I put my linen duster on;
My pants were thin, my hat was straw;
I loudly praised the Kansas weather,
And thought it best I ever saw.

I then went out to take a ride–
Had hardly ridden half a mile,
The sun shone out so dreadful hot
I nearly roasted for a while.

The sweat dropped from my brow and chin;
I thought I'd seek some cooling shadow;
The dust had settled on my face,
Till I was black as ace of spades.

A cloud then hid the shining sun;
The water poured–it did not rain;
By my life, I thought I'd drown,
And never see my home again!

About PainterArtist FIN

PainterArtist FIN

wholisticartsschool.com I was born and raised in Flanders, Belgium. I came to the US when I was just short of 19 years of age. Painting has for ever been, to me, a safer way of expressing the many things that I am passionate about. I explode with excitement for life and am eager to share these feelings with the world. The colors of paint and the movements of the brushes conceal treasures, yet to be discovered. I cannot wait, when I start a new canvas, while having the basic idea in my head, to see how the painting will evolve. I talk to the canvas and oh does it talk back to me.
