Artist's Description
Crest of a small hill
Eyes to the sky
Parade of clouds slowly roll by
Some in the shape of things I recognize
Green grass under my back
Cool I’m relaxed
Lazy smile I can see for miles
I put my head back
Shut my lids for a while
Motionless I lie
Experiencing a drug free Kansas high.

About PainterArtist FIN
wholisticartsschool.com I was born and raised in Flanders, Belgium. I came to the US when I was just short of 19 years of age. Painting has for ever been, to me, a safer way of expressing the many things that I am passionate about. I explode with excitement for life and am eager to share these feelings with the world. The colors of paint and the movements of the brushes conceal treasures, yet to be discovered. I cannot wait, when I start a new canvas, while having the basic idea in my head, to see how the painting will evolve. I talk to the canvas and oh does it talk back to me. If you like what you see here in my Galleries, at the bottom of the page, please be so kind to "Like" my fb page, and to click on "Twitter" and "Google +"...

Post process is good stuff here and hues blend in your greens- then the giant yellow pops jump in. Did you use some color dodging in the process or was it brushstroking? Keep it up! V/Pamela

I really like the green tone you have chosen to cast on this image. The circle of light from the flash falling off at the sides and leading in to the highlighted clouds above makes the image dynamic.

Very interesting photo. Looks a lot like a painting. I try to do that also...but I am just learning to use the photo software. It's kind of like developing film, yes?
